The recruitment landscape is ever changing and the ability to effectively develop new business is essential.

During this Masterclass, we'll give you systems, structures and processes that are proven to effectively create new business leads, as well as develop your existing client base.

“Billing Manager” is the toughest and most demanding role in Recruitment.

People are often thrown into this role with little training and sometimes even without the appropriate support. The battle to juggle their own billings plus the performance of their team is a real struggle and often one, or both, begins to decline.

This 3 hour Masterclass will give you the tools you need to be an effective leader who can manage a team to success whilst continuing to realise your own potential and profitability as a recruiter.

The programme combines practical examples from corporate leadership experience, high performance coaching from the worlds of business and sport and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

The Training Content

During the Masterclass, we’ll be covering three key areas that will help you to develop your business:

  • Warming up the cold call. Take a complete stranger to a warm prospect before you have picked up the phone.
  • Effective questioning. Using our 4-step guide, you'll extract the information that you need to move the client relation ship forward.
  • Client expansion exercise. Jamie will share a proven strategy for opening up client relationships and finding opportunity in existing clients
